About the Course
How do we ensure that inclusive practices aren’t just implemented—but sustained, refined, and scaled? In this course, you’ll learn how to lead inclusive change at the system level. You’ll examine your own leadership identity, strengthen your communication and facilitation with diverse stakeholders, and explore practical ways to align structures, policies, and routines across divisions. Along the way, we’ll look closely at how to support and coach key leaders—such as student services coordinators and MTSS leads—as they build and lead effective teams, navigate complex leadership dynamics, partner with families, and sustain momentum in contexts where different parts of the school are at very different stages. You’ll leave with concrete models, case studies, and an action plan for leading systemic, inclusive change that moves beyond “instructional coaching” into truly coherent, neuro-affirming schoolwide practice. Through guided reflection and real-world examples, we’ll examine how to: 🧭 Use coaching structures that build trust, visibility, and alignment across classrooms 🤝 Facilitate collaborative teams that share ownership of student learning and inclusive design 🔁 Lead feedback cycles and inquiry routines that result in real change—not just discussion 🛠️ Integrate data and reflection into everyday decision-making without overloading teachers 📈 Develop sustainable systems that grow collective efficacy and keep inclusion at the center
